Betting Rules and Compliance

The following Betting Rules govern the use of Pgebet's sportsbook and wagering services and form part of the Operator's General Terms and Conditions. Where there is any inconsistency between these Betting Rules and the General Terms, the General Terms prevail. The reference language is English; any translations are provided for convenience, and the English language version controls in the event of a discrepancy. All times referenced are on the operator's server clock unless stated otherwise.

General Rules

  • All Betting Information is provided in good faith. The Operator cannot warrant the accuracy of dates, times, venues, competitors, odds, results, or statistics. The Operator reserves the right to correct errors and to make final determinations on market status where necessary.

Abandonment and Postponements

  • If an event does not start or finish as scheduled, all bets may be voided except for Markets that are unconditionally determined at the time of abandonment or postponement.
  • If an event starts on its scheduled date and time but is subsequently abandoned and not completed within the defined time frame, only bets on markets that are unconditionally determined will remain valid; all other bets will be void.

Change of Venue

  • In the event of a venue change, all bets on the affected match will be void unless a Market has already been opened and remains valid under the specific event rules. For non-team events, bets entered after a venue change may be considered valid where the Market has already been opened.

Periods of Time

  • If the duration of an event is amended, bets on that event will be invalid unless otherwise stated in the specific event rules.
  • Bets placed on events including injury or stoppage time are treated as having occurred during regular time unless the rules for a specific Market state otherwise.

Results and Settlement

  • Where applicable, podium positions will be used as the final result without regard to any later disqualifications or corrections by a governing body. If no podium ceremony occurs, results are determined by the official result available at Market settlement, with reference to available evidence at the time of settlement.
  • Most Markets settle after the Event concludes. The Operator reserves the right to reverse settlements if a Market was settled in error or if the Event result changes due to later official confirmation.
  • The Operator may suspend settlement on any Market if there is uncertainty about the result.
  • No amendments or changes to results will be recognized after 72 hours from the Event start time for bets that have already been settled.
  • When there is a discrepancy between the official result and results displayed on the site, the Operator will resolve the matter using available video materials as the primary reference. If no suitable video exists, the official result published by the governing body prevails. The Operator's decision is final and binding.

Markets and Bet Types

Markets cover a range of bet types offered on events, including outright outcomes, head-to-head wagers, and multi-event combinations. The following definitions apply unless stated otherwise in the specific event rules.

  • Outright – Betting on the overall winner of an event, season, tournament, or league. If multiple winners are declared in a market (for example, a Dead Heat), payout odds are divided proportionally by the number of winners, and the stake is returned per winner.
  • Moneyline – Betting on the outright winner of an event or match, as defined in the market.
  • Handicap (HDP) – A virtual advantage or disadvantage applied to one side to create a balanced market; settlements follow the adjusted score.
  • Asian Handicap (In-Play) – In-play handicap markets settled according to the score visible for the current period, with pre-placed goals ignored for settlement when appropriate.
  • Over/Under (OU) – Wager on whether the total points/goals in a match or series will be over or under a preset figure.
  • Odd/Even (OE) – Betting on whether the total points/goals will be an odd or even number.
  • Multi Bets – A combined wager comprising at least two selections. All selections must win for the bet to succeed; if any is lost, the multi bet loses. If any selection is adjourned, odds revert to 1.00 for that selection.
  • System Bets – A structured form of multiple selections designed to guarantee profit in certain scenarios. Unlike standard multi bets, it does not require every selection to win to yield returns; however, the overall return depends on the specific system chosen.

Soccer Bet Types

  • 1X2 – Bet on home win, draw, or away win.
  • Correct Score – Predict the exact final score. Stakes on incorrect scores lose; correct scores win according to the listed odds.
  • Half-time/Full-time (HT/FT) – Predict the outcome at half-time and at full-time; extra time and penalties are excluded unless stated otherwise in the Market rules.
  • First Goal / Last Goal – Bet on which team will score first or last; if no goals are scored, bets on those markets may be void unless otherwise stated.
  • Kick-Off – Bet on which team will initiate play at the start of the match; bets remain valid if the match starts and is subsequently abandoned after kick-off as defined by the Market rules.
  • Home Team Total vs Away Team Total – Compare the aggregate goals scored by home and away sides in the selected matches or league ties for a given day.
  • Over/Under – Corners – Wager on the total number of corners in a match or set of matches.
